Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– In the original packaging.
– Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
– Please note that our return policy does not include earrings, and socks due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thecatcraze.co.nz with details and a photo of the defect or damage.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
